I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for but, here is an option:

You can change the settings of Windows 10 so it searches file properties and contents in the Start Menu.

To do this:

• Open the Start Menu and search for “Indexing Options”
• Within the “Indexing Options” dialog, activate the “Advanced” button
• The resulting dialog has two property sheets.  Focus on the “File Types” property sheet (CTRL-TAB)
• Navigate to the set of radio buttons labeled, “How should this file be indexed”
• This control has two radio buttons, focus on “Index properties and File contents”
• Activate the OK button to save the changes and close the dialog

You’ll get a warning that it will take some time to index the files on your computer. Depending upon the size of your hard drive, it could take a  couple days.

Once the indexing is complete, you can search for the contents of files on your computer.
