moderated JAWS and Second Copy

All,

Is anyone using the backup program Second Copy successfully with JAWS? It says it is running in the background, and it is supposed to be in the system tray, but I am not finding it with JAWS. In order to configure it, it seems that I will need to be able to access the icon for the program in the system tray, but I cannot find it.

We have tried this both on Windows 7 and 10 computers.
