Hi again, Tom. If your next message doesn’t revert back to unflagged, there seems to be only two options: either high importance or low importance. The keystroke for low importance is ALT plus H followed by L.

Cathyanne:

Another list member suggested alt H followed by another H when in the body of the e-mail you wish to send, and it seems to work here.

Am using Outlook 2016 with the latest build of Jaws 2018 on a Windows 7 laptop.

I’ve thoroughly explored all the keystrokes for Office 2016 and I don’t believe there is a keystroke for that specific feature. The best you can do is memorize the ribbon key tip and use it.

Subject: High Importance E-mail

Hello, everyone.

Does anyone know of a key stroke for designating an e-mail as “high importance” in Outlook 2016?

I can get to the high importance designation via the menus, but would like a specific key stroke for doing this if that is available.

Am using the latest build of Jaws 2018 on a windows 7 laptop here.

Thanks as always!
