Okay, but how do I turn off new line? That only turns off paragraph marks. Sharon

Hi:
If you are in Word press the control and the shift together and press the number 8 on the top row, if you want to turn it off just repeat the same keystroke.
Have a good day.

Okay, that was very very helpful. How does one turn off new line? And what are the other keyboard commands for control shift with number row? Sharon

There is a keyboard command to quickly enable paragraph marks in Office. In any version of office, press CTRL-SHIFT-NUMBER ROW 8 to toggle paragraph marks on and off.

Hi Folks; I use JAWS 18 With word 2013 and I need to turn on paragraph marks so that I can remove them. I currently pressed an ALL button and I have to listen to space marks. John E. Sherrer
