- Open the “Action” command (A)
- Within the drop-down list, activate “view in Browser” (V)
You may get a dialog warning you of viruses. If you’re sure you want to open the email in your browser, activate the OK button. There’s also a checkbox to never be asked that question again that you can check. After you activate the OK button, the email opens in your default browser. In Outlook 2010, there is a combination of keystrokes that allow an email to be displayed in an Internet Browser from the Outlook 2016 email client. This key combination is: ALT plus H, A, V. This key combination does not work in Outlook 2016. can someone tell me what the steps are to view an email in the browser from the Outlook 2016 email client?
