First of all, why is your time not correct, the clock should set itself automatically.
OK, having said this, Steve must have turned off the "Set Time Automatically" option because only when you do this will the Change Date and Time button show up.
1. Go to Settings > Time and Language and press enter
2. Tab to the first of the 3 items in that menu/area "Date and Time"
3. Tab once and press the spacebar to turn poff Set Time Automatically
4. Tab twice more to get to Set Date and Time. There is also another option to turn off Set Time Zone Automatically.

For me turning on Set Date and Time which I believe is the default always has the exact and correct time.

I tried the prompts set forth by Steve below.
I Pressed TAB until the button called "Change date and time" was located and activated it. All I see after that is change date and time formats. I don’t see a "change date and time" button. Any help would be appreciated.

3. Wait a second or so, then press Down Arrow until the setting called "Change the date and time" is reached. Pres ENTER.

4. Press TAB until the button called "Change date and time" is located, and activate it.
