David,
For sometime now, I have read, and experience, similar issues with excel  and jaws. I believe that VFO  has been contacted by a number of folks regarding this but they seem to say they cannot replicate it and don’t see where there is an issue so hoping that there is a fix I think for us is probably not in the cards. Just my opinion

I do experience this sporadically, but in no way to isolate an issue to pass on to VFO. It has not done it in last couple of weeks to my recollection.

 Jaws is back to crushing hanging in freezing with excel 2016 I am using the latest versions of both. Any ideas? All for the days of window eyes. Hopefully somebody can compete soon with jaws so they will have better incentive to fix on going bugs
