Hi,
On my Mac book air 13, I use shift, FN key plus F 11 for printScreen. JAWS key plus space bar, then shift, FN key plus F11 will activate screen shield.

Hi, Juan. It appears that you do not have a Print Screen key on your laptop. But more than likely, you do. You must use your FN key along with some other key to get the Print Screen key.
