Hi all!

I just installed the update for JAWS 2018, and it works much better in the following.

JAWS is so much more snappy in Google apps, like Google Docs. JAWS works much better in the Mail App, and will not read the new message as the old message. It is very snappy in the mail app.

Also, you will notice that JAWS works much better in the Chrome browser. The combo boxes work great in Chrome now.

Also, JAWS works very well with the feed back hub. I am still testing JAWS, but it does work much better in MS Outlook as well. There is a huge difference with working in MS Office 365.

I downloaded it from the JAWS freedom Scientific site on the JAWS head quarters page.

They tweeted out a download link and specifically mentioned that the check for update feature will go live later in the week, but you can already grab it from the site directly.

Has Jaws stopped using the check for updates in the Jaws help menu?

I get no updates checking there.

If I am reading the what's new correctly FS still hasn't made Edge work well with Jaws as well as not addressing the Firefox issue.  Darn shame no improvements in this area.
