Unfortunately SPSS does not work well with Jaws at all. I've taken three
stats related courses over the last three semesters and was not able to use
SPSS myself. You have a couple other options, as excel has a data package
that your school can get so you can use excel to do all the work in your
class. It's not the best solution as excel is not as powerful as SPSS, and
you have to do much of the work manually. Another option, this is the one I
use in my classes, is to ask your professor if it would be possible to do
the spss part of the course with a partner. This way you could learn the
basic workings and commands for spss and work with your partner to enter the
data, but not be responsible for actually using it yourself. I hope this
helps, and let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi I'm new to the list. I am interested in any information regarding using
Jaws with SPSS. I have to take an upper level statistics course next
semester and SPSS is required. I have heard it isn't very accessible. I am
