If you go into settings windows key+I Tab once to the categories list Hit the arrows keys till you find apps category and hit enter Now tab to the programs and features listing and tab till you get to the installed programs list then arrow down to the program you are looking for and hit enter Then tab to the uninstall button hit enter and follow the uninstall instructions for the app
