If you're not running a 64-bit OS, then yeah you'll only have OCR 32. Also
if you're not running a 64-bit OS, you should be.

James,

Thanks. Oddly enough, I only have the OCR32 installed. When I recently tried

to install Openbook 9.0 from scratch, OB9.0.1696.403-ENU.EXE failed. I had

to go back and use the older version to get it installed.

In add/remove programs, look for Freedom Scientific OCR 64.

Hi:

I think if you uninstall the ocr64 program I think openbook will be
installed.

I would give that a try.

Hello,
When I try to repair OpenBook, I get this message.
OpenBook Setup Package Error
The OpenBook setup package could not install the required component FSOcr64.
The process will now exit.
OK

When is it going to be fixed?

Andrew
