Which version of Windows are you using? It requires Windows 8 or Windows 10.

I’ve just installed the new JAWS update on my windows 10 desktop and tried the Screen Shade feature. It reports that it it’s on and yet I don’t see any difference on my screen. Has anyone else experienced this?
