I tryed first from the original cd and then a download but still the
same. Weird thing is that I remember getting this error way back think
it was when I had jaws 9 or 10 but can't remember what I did to fix
it.

Try reinstalling JAWS from the original CD. It may be that this version was

Hi earlyer today I helped a friend format his laptop and reinstall
jaws 11. After installing jaws and restarting the computer it doesn't
want to launch and the error it gives is something like a referral was
sent to the server, and you can only press ok. Any ideas what's wrong
or what to do about this problem?
