Hello,

 

Don’t believe there is a shortcut for this. You need to go into your email settings and change it there. This is the same place you were at when setting up your email to begin with unless you used the automatic setup in Outlook. You’ll find your account setting under the file tab in the ribbons I believe under info

Ii want to change something in the from field so when I send emails it shows my name. What is the shortcut command for this?
