I know that you can do a live stream and it can be either audio or video but I only know how to do that from your phone.

I don't know of anyway to share an audio file unless you have the audio file saved in a shared Drop box folder. You then could copy & paste the link to Facebook. Other than that only photos & videos can be shared.
