Hi, The smaller the file the lower the
sound quality. But Honestly I cant tell the difference after
192kbs. 0% is 128kbs and takes the least amount of disk space but
a lot of people can hear the decrease in quality. 192kbs is still
small but yeailds good sound. If your 17 years old you may hear a
difference in quality between 192 and 256 or even 320kbs. But
after 25 the ability to hear the minute details goes down
especially if you are exposed to loud noise often i.e. concerts
loud music in a car or noisy work environment. If you switch to the jaws cursor when on the quality setting it will tell you how much disk space that setting will use on average.
