I run into this with Jaws 18 from time to time as well, sometimes closing the message and reopening it helps. You might want to send that to FS as feedback, I will also do this, but just haven’t yet, but as I said, even in Jaws 18 sometimes I get messages with tables or headings and the “t” and “h” keys just don’t do what they are supposed to. If I arrow to the table then table navigation works.
