If you’re wanting for direct download links, might be would be the person to talk to you. He is a part of this mailing list. He provides direct download links for the 64, and 32 bit versions every time that there is a release.

Your friend should pick the 64 bit version that matches the license.  The public beta is there as well, but I suspect they needs to start with the release version.
