Using JAWS 18 and hiding rows in Excel 2013

Group,

According to the Microsoft Support page <ctrl>+9 is the command to
hide a row in Excel 2013. My question is how do I route the cursor
so I make sure I am selecting the desired row to hide? I have a
spread sheet which is is 80 * 30. I am trying to hide rows so as I
scroll through the columns looking for data I can skip over the rows
that do not matter to me.

Thanks,

Patrick
