Thanks Steve and Paul. These are both awesome methods, very quick and simple. I don't do this often myself, so I'm going to jot it down in a note for later reference. And I'm sure these methods will be helpful for my friend that I've been assisting remotely. Thanks again.

And another way:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Y and you get a tree view of your folders; press C until you're on Contacts, then Enter

This copies the message into the Contacts folder, creating a new contact and putting the text of the email in the Notes
area.
