Unfortunately LinkedIn has become more problematic with JAWS. I haven't made any profile changes lately but the design of LinkedIn has changed and there are labeling problems with some of the buttons on the pages. In the past I did get some telephone technical assistance from them but it was a result of an on line survey about LinkedIn that I participated in. They could definitely improve their web accessibility for screen reader users. I primarily use it for participation in professional groups which are quite useful.
