You really don't need to know, where you are, If you press the keystroke windows+r, Regardless where you use the keystroke, the run dialog box will come up. So, restart your computer, Or, just use, Windows+m to go to the desktop, Now use, Windows-key+r=run, You will be placed into the run dialog, Now, just type jaws13 and press enter. Your jaws 13 will load, Now, you can do what ever you wish to do, And go to the jaws options and have jaws startup with windows. -----Original Message-----

After installing JAWS 13, I uninstalled JAWS 11, but left shared files and settings. I restarted the computer after the installation was complete, but JAWS 13 does not start automatically.
