Hi,

I got an email with graphics in it.

When I opened the email, JAWS nearly stalled.

It barely talked.

Also, when I’m asked to restart my computer, after 40 minutes, it takes 2 or 3 restarts to actually do what its supposed to.

Jaws doesn’t start automatically for me, and takes about 3 minutes to come up, when I click the icon after restarting my machine.

What can I do to fix this?
