Hi, Kevin. Use ALT plus C to copy what you want in the clipboard. Then when you are ready to paste into the commandline:
1. Press ALT plus SPACE.
2. ARROW down to the EDIT submenu and press ENTER.
3. ARROW down to PASTE, and press ENTER.
The contents of the clipboard will now be pasted into the commandline.
Would alt control V for the paste dialog be of assistance?
Using JAWS 18, how can I paste the clipboard contents into a command window.
You can not simply press ctrl-v. Also, you can’t hit the context key and get a menu and select paste.
When using WindowEyes, I could route the mouse pointer to the upper left or upper right corner of the window, press the key for a right click which would bring up the context menu and then you select edit and paste.
I can not figure out how to do this with JAWS.
Thanks for any help.
