Internet Explorer is launched, JAWS asks what do I want to do, but I
can't select what I want to do because the download manager is opened
and I can't get out of it because if I tab and spacebar on the close
button, IE itself closes.
I got the document saved but the problem I experienced is not normal.

download links for MS-Word documents that reside on my Google Drive. In
any browser when I activate them what pops up is the "Save" dialog that
allows you to navigate to wherever you want to save the document and

Many are under the gross misapprehension that the Constitution
