1. Open Outlook.

2. Type F followed by T for Options.

3. You should be on General options when Options opens.

4. Arrow down to Mail.

5. TAB nine times. There should be a button which says Play a Sound checkbox. If it is unchecked, press SPACE to check it.

6. TAB to the OK button, and press ENTER.
