I did get it through Firefox's extension manager, but I do have Firefox version 53. Do you have version 53?

Seems to work for me. Have you downloaded the Webvisum extension from the Firefox website or via the Webvisum website? You do need to get it via Firefox's extension manager.

Since upgrading to Firefox version 53, Webvisum won't work anymore, so even that is out.

I use google Chrome (didn't try it with other browsers) and while I could select Canada as the country and enter my name, the email field said it was read only. It did say something like step 1 of 3 and there was a link for eSupport and this seems to require you to set up a "Gigabyte Passport which basically means you have to register, set a password and so on. However, that screen had a catpcha without audio option so you would either have to use Firefox with Webvisum or have sighted help. Maybe you don't have to do this, but maybe the email field only becomes available if you are logged in or logging in will populate it? This might be one for our sighted friend Brian to take a look.

Regards,
Sieghard

I could use the edit boxes and insert text. Here's what I did.

1. Open the page.

2. Find an edit box with the letter E.

3. Press SPACE while on the edit box.

4. Now text is able to be inserted.
