Hi All,

I received a call from Microsoft Support on the problem I am having using
the F12 key to save files. It turns out there is a conflict between the
Office product and Malware Bytes which caused the Office applications to
crash. The problem has been reported to Malware Bytes and hopefully it will
be resolved in an update soon. In the meantime, one can quit Malware Bytes
by going into the System Tray with Insert-F11, arrow down to Malware Bytes,
press Alt-R for the Mouse Right click Option and choose Quit Malware Bytes.
Then after working in Office and exiting out, re-run Malware Bytes to have
one's system protected again. A small nuisance, but a good short-term
work-around.
