Sometimes in Outlook 2013, I try to get into my Sent Folder,
and it will say zero messages, so I exit Outlook, come back,
voila, there they are just like magic, maybe I should have
said abra cadabra.

My client is trying to use Outlook 2016 and when he does
,control y or brings up folders we do not see the sent
folder at all in the list Everything else but no sent folder
