Very interesting, it doesn’t do this for me. I just tried again to make sure, I pressed the Windows key and typed www.google.com and Google came up in Internet Explorer.

Following these directions however doesn't seem to fix the issue altogether. I can activate links just fine, and even use the Windows run dialog box, but if I press the windows key and type in an internet address, it will still activate with Edge.
I went into set association for internet explorer in internet option under the program tab and selected all. This might do the trick.
My Windows 10 is already set to use IE 11 as default program. This is not the setting which allows JAWS to use IE11 as the browser for help files.
