Assuming you have some ILM key's available,
Just place the cd with the 20
Digits on it, into the drive,
And follow the prompts.
If you don't have a ilm remaining, you will need to reset with FS.

I finally received a response from Freedom Scientific on this problem. They
instructed me to remove my authorization. However they told me to use
Jaws11 to complete this task. Then to reauthorize Jaws. To my surprise
this solve my problem of Jaws saying that my authorization was for an
earlier version of Jaws.

Actually, under JAWS Help Eudora is listed as supported, well at least
versions 6.x and 7.x while support for other versions may vary.
