Hi Brian,

What I do is type Ctrl-Y for the Go to Folder option. I then hit letter P for personal folders and expand it if necessary. Then I hit I for Inbox and make certain that is expanded. I actually have two inboxes, but the same procedure applies to each inbox. Hope this helps.

I have Windows 10 an, and in Outlook 2016 the list of personal folders has disappeared. How can I get this list of folders back, so I can navigate through the different folders (inboxd Office 2016, deleted, and drafts as examples)? Thanks for any help.
