I suggest you plug in a second sound output device, and then Insert+J to
open JAWS. Then arrow to Utilities, and open that menu. Then you should find
an item "sound card" which should allow you to direct JAWS to that device,
and leave other sounds to a default internal sound output.
That's the best I can suggest.
