Re: outlook.com and outlook 2016

Just as long as you have your server unload your in coming messages once they are delivered, you can have them deleted from the server. Your messages will still be in the inbox of Outlook 2016, but the messages has to be set from the server end.

Just to double check, call Microsoft disability answer desk at (800)936-5900.

I want them visible in outlook 2016, though.

Sounds like a server issue. If you delete them off the server, this problem will go away.

Hi,

Last week, I noticed something was strange regarding my emails in outlook 2016 and outlook.com.

In outlook 2016, I had several emails that should be there and I’ve read but not deleted.  However, on the outlook.com site, in the inbox I see all the messages.  How come they are visible on outlook.com and not outlook 2016?

Thanks.
