I’ll just delete and plug my account back in.
There is an email I really need that I see on the outlook.com site that is not showing in my inbox.

Could you have a preference enabled in Outlook 2016 to show only unread messages? Just an idea.
I want them visible in outlook 2016, though.
Sounds like a server issue. If you delete them off the server, this problem will go away.
Last week, I noticed something was strange regarding my emails in outlook 2016 and outlook.com.
In outlook 2016, I had several emails that should be there and I’ve read but not deleted. However, on the outlook.com site, in the inbox I see all the messages. How come they are visible on outlook.com and not outlook 2016?
