From what I understand, there used to be a form that came up when I would
click on that link. I tried emailing Vectormedia Software, but they haven't
responded, and I know it's been more than 24 hours. They say they respond to
most requests within 24 hours. I know I followed all the requirements for
posting an email, and I know they've put me on their Safe Senders and Safe
Recipients lists when I first became a customer in 2007, so I wonder what's
going on.

when I got on the page and found the supportrequest link, I pressed the
space bar, but no form came up to fill out. I used Firefox but don't
know if Internet Explorer works. got to go, and good luck.

From what I understand, the "Supportrequest" link is supposed to activate a
form where you fill out the information, then when you send it, there's a
confirmation that your request is received, then they tell you which
numbered customer you are in the cue, and that there's a specific amount of
time between then and when your request would be answered. By the way,
Mario, if you Email me off list, could you tell me how I could access this
link with JAWS 10?

I also tried the URL and in trying to activate the supportrequest link,
I didn't have a problem. but if you're trying to email support, there's
a send email link above. activate it, your default email client should
launch, ready for a subject and message. don't forget the specs they ask
for in the email.

I usually use the space bar to activate links, buttons, etc. instead of
the enterkey. but that's just me.

I try to click on this link on the Vectormedia Software contact page,
but it doesn't do anything. Instead, it just stays stuck on the main
screen of the contact page. What do I do next? I think this particular
link might be broken. When I clicked on it before, it used to take me to
a page where I could fill out a support request form, but now it doesn't
do anything.
