Gerald:

Can I disable individual add ons, rather than getting rid of all of them at
once?

As I said earlier, there is an add on I have used successfully called plain
old favorites, and I'd like to keep that one if possible.

To disable all Firefox add-ons, launch the Firefox Help menu and scroll down
to "Start Firefox With Add-Ons Disabled". To restore Firefox to normal, just
relaunch it.

Mario:

To be honest, I'm not sure how to disable all firefox add-ons.

And, there is one add-on that I want to keep--it's called Plain Old
Favorites for organizing and coordinating my internet favorites between
Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I do not use NVDA here, at least yet, but it is on my things to do list.

did you try Brian's suggestions of restarting FF with all addons disabled?

you can also use NVDA instead of JAWS. remember to unload JAWS before
starting NVDA and then FF, with or without all addons disabled.

I e-mailed voiceover-easy.net, and the web master couldn't replicate the
problem on his end.

using Firefox 49.0.1, I don't experience the message you describe. I realize
someone said the problem is with FF, but I would email voiceover-easy and
see what they say.

Hello.

I don't mean to be a pain by re-posting this, but could really use some
input on resolving the issue described below.

Wonder if anyone else has seen it?

Hello, everyone.

I hope this is not considered off topic, but I'm not sure if the following
issue is related to Firefox or Jaws.

Basically, I'm having trouble accessing a web site containing tutorials for
the iPhone.

The web site is:

www.voiceover-easy.net <http://www.voiceover-easy.net>

When I try to access the web site via Firefox (version 49.0.1), I get the
error message below. I don't get this message when trying to access the web
site with Internet Explorer 11.

I'm wondering if this is a Jaws of Firefox issue, and how to correct the
problem?

Here's the error message I get when using Firefox:

Input string was not in a correct format.

Server Error in '/' Application.
