I have recently upgraded to Office 2013 from Office 2010 & am facing
problems when navigating with the JAWS cursor. Whenever I try to navigate
through a Word or Excel file with JAWS cursor, JAWS does not read the displayed
data but just says “blank, blank”. The text is read properly with the PC
cursor.
Kindly inform me how I can make JAWS cursor read the displayed data.
I am using a Windows 7 (64 – bit) computer with the latest build of JAWS
