I use Avast and have used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for several years. It is reasonably accessible, meaning you have to use the JAWS cursor to access some functions on its menu. The tray icon, invoked with "Insert + F11" brings up an accessible menu from which you can check boxes to turn functions on and off.
