Try either control shift B. or Control 3.

Once their, shift/tab to your list of contact folders, and it should be there.

I still have my work and personal g-mail contacts lists in separate listings--one being accessed via control shift B. and the other via control 3, for reasons that I don't understand.

But, at least they are available in some form.

A friend has Outlook, the version I'm not sure of. However, how does one find the address book, generally speaking in Outlook? He doesn't know, and obviously, neither do I, as I use Thunderbird, and the address book is easy to bring up? Thanks.
