Um, isn't it actually Window-Eyes? And this has been free now for at least a year, if not longer, methinks.

I attend an assistive technology expo here on St. Thomas, where I met an assistive technology specialist from Illinois and he informed me that Windows Eyes is now free if you own a copy of Microsoft Office2010 or later. Here is the link:
