So, what phone system works well with JAWS. I don't work in a call center environment, but I have lots of occasions to need to review the screen, listening to JAWS, while also talking on the phone.
None of the soft phone solutions I've tried, in an office environment (not exactly a call center environment) works all that well.

I work in such a setting. We have my phone and computer audio connected
through a device. I have been helped trememndously by our in-house tech
staff in consultation with the local JAWS distributor to have JAWS workable
with or on-line data base. It's taken a lot of customizing, despite the
software producer's insistance that the program is JAWs-Ffriendly.

Never tried working from home, although we floated the idea a while
back. The hang up was not JFW, but the soft phone arrangement. I
needed some sort of one-touch option for answering. By the time one
switched to the appropriate app, and fumbled for the JAWS cursor, that
call would be gone to voice mail. We never got the problem resolved, so
here I remain with my huge VOIP telephone with the easily accessible
buttons. This was to have been a contingency plan for bad weather, as I
work 50 miles from home.
