Went to the site and had no problems finding the number & password fields. I use win 7, JAWS 16 with IE 11.

I have the same problem. Even when I use the bookmark that normally takes me to the sign on screen. I activated the "sign on" link several times,; even in a new window but still don't get a place to enter my info.

Also tried both firefox and ie11

Guess we both need to contact them.
