There are free webinars on the FS site under speech and sound schemes that
instruct on how to use the features that will identify colors, fonts, etc;
You can download them in audio and html format.
Also the insert alt and s will be of use as well There are 22 selections in
this group and you will have to select which one will work for your needs.

Configuration Manager (or Setting Center) Speech and sound Schemes Browse
the list for one that announces colors

It may not work in Say All, but I'm pretty sure one will work when you arrow
through the document.
