access problem.

Hi Listers,

 

I have recently completed training as an at home customer service agent using a DialDrive program on the DataLot platform.  There some buttons at the bottom of the screen which I cannot access with JAWS.  Has anyone had experience using this program on the DataLot platform?

If so I would appreciate any help on this problem.

 

I am currently using JAWS 17 latest build.
