did you check "for all users," as well as the log on screen? There is a "start jaws" dot dot dot button, which you first activate, and 3 options under that. The third option is where you can determine the secondary logon, for you, all users, or a specific user.

In config.sys there is an item, 'application file for JAWS' with an 'enable' button. I enabled it, and now JAWS speaks automatically. Fs didn't know, but the windows 10 list pointed me in the right direction. config.sys is scary, but I only changed *one statement (LOL).

I uninstalled/reinstalled Jaws with no joy. Then I ran a repair, and
now it starts on the logon screen, but still not after Windows starts.
