when I hit the E, I get the little Windows 10

I know from a later message that you can't get the "e" step to work. I'm
finding with the ribbon that you sometimes need to wait for JAWS to speak
something before pressing a letter. Thus:

Alt (wait for JAWS to speak),
F (wait for JAWS to speak),
And so on. The wait is longer at some steps than others. I hope that
turns out to be why "e" isn't working.

This is how I undo protected view in Word 2010, on a document-by-document
basis. Making the setting permanent would put your computer's security at
risk.

Press alt, then f, then I, then e.

Oh goody gumdrop. That's exactly how my Silverlight interface behaves. I
was really hoping the move to IE 11 would resolve that. Which version of

Ted, it's frozen, and I cannot close Outlook. I'm running Windows 7 64

Hi folks! I've been dealing with this issue for quite a while now, and
cannot seem to get any relief. I'm having trouble with JAWS and Outlook
2013, particularly after I have been using it for a couple of hours.
JAWS will start to perform very sluggishly, and even sometimes, I get a
message saying that Outlook is not responding. It's really annoying.
Most of the time, I end up restarting my machine. Does anyone else have
this problem?
How have you addressed it?
