Also, in case anyone else has Outlook 2013 and has struggled like I have, Joseph the Free Tech Guy worked with me and sent a tutorial. I understand now, that when I get into a new e-mail, that I have to, in the address field: 1. Press Alt Period. 2. Shift Tabe once. 3. Up Arrow once to names. 4. Tab to the list of Contacts. 5. Arrow through and press Enter on the selected name for the e-mail. 6. Once the name or names are chosen, press Enter twice. 7. Then continue with Subject and Body of the e-mail. I had Outlook Express, so just have had to learn a new process to accomplish the same end. The Control K, in the instance that I tried from your e-mail brought me anything address with an I in it, since I chose I realizing that there would not be a lot, but it was surprising how many had an I in them. I'm afraid this got buried in the discussion thread regarding the virtual ribbon. The MS Outlook shortcut to check names is CONTROL + K. It will pop up with a list of names from your contacts that match the few letters you've typed in so far.
