I've noticed that people on this list are also having trouble navigating the
"new" Netflix site. I was just going on there to "rate" a disk that I
watched, but I can't seem to get to the list of physical media I've put in
my queue. If anyone knows how to do this without the use of a blasted
mouse, please answer. I'd love to know, but I agree that blind folks in
general should get on the collective backs of customer service and find out
why this is such a chore, now.
